I’ve been a licensed Toronto Real Estate Sales Representative since 1984 and a Real Estate Broker since 1986. My extensive background in finance gives the Seller the answers needed as to the bottom line about the sale of their home and the Buyers the knowledge what the overall purchase will cost them.

Two weeks prior to putting your home on the market, I concentrate on doing the necessary legwork and preparation. Viewing your home from a buyers’ perspective, I “stage” your home to maximize the return on your investment.  When the house does go up for sale– it gets sold faster, for the maximum dollar and minimal stress for the Seller.

I have been ‘staging’ homes since 1993, long before it became the fashion.  We have reality television to thank for the awareness on the importance of staging.  As a seller it is a must, as a buyer, if done properly, allows you to see what the home really has to offer.

I live with my two children, my dog “Sadie” and my cat named “Gracie”. I was a performer in my youth and spent a summer onstage in Charlottetown. I’m lucky enough to come from a large family of 10 children. I’m the 7th child from the top or 4th child from the bottom. Depending on your math skills….
